Excel Rehab in Northshore is truly one of a kind. I’ve turned to this team every time I’ve had an injury or something to work through and they never disappoint. From the moment you walk in, Kendall greets you with so much warmth that you immediately feel at home. Most recently, I was treated for TMJ and Danielle was truly my healer. She took the time to listen, understand what I was experiencing and guide me through each step with so much care and patience. The relief I’ve felt has been incredible. What makes Excel so special is the entire team. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows in everything they do. You’re never just another appointment on the schedule. Excel in Hixson has been my 'go to' place in recent years. Being 83 and still active I have experienced knee problems but Christina has been tremendous in helping me avoid surgery. The most recent 'miracle' was my right shoulder which is all artificial from my right arm to my entire shoulder and collar bones due to a fall 15 years ago. I was afraid that I was going to have to have surgery again. However, Christina worked her magic again. After a few weeks with Christina working her magic my shoulder is in the best condition I've had in several years. Both my knees are also now better than I ever expected. THANK YOU CHRISTINA. You and your entire staff are the GREATEST.

I've used Excel Rehab on the Chattaniiga Northshore to rehab my shoulder 20 months ago. My experience and outcome was so positive that I had Excel Northshore help rehab both knees over the last 8 months. My PT for all 3 rehabs was Johnny. He was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He made rehab as enjoyable as it could be considering the unavoidable pain that comes from physical therapy! My shoulder rehab was a complete success and both knees are improving daily. The entire Northshore team was very professional and made the atmosphere fun and relaxing. I highly recommend Excel Northshore for any PT needs. I love Excel Rehab. Alll the my thapists are awesome. The staff are wonderful. They work well with each other and with the clients. All are very caring people. The clients are all sweet to each other too. Even though it is painful I love going to rehab.

My Physical Therapist was Elizabeth(Liz) and I was there for around a month (May 5th-June17th) and my experience was incredible with her. She’s talkative, funny, and nice to be around. She also helped me recover with my ankle injury faster than the doctor said I would (July). 10/10😁

Chris and Caroline have truly been amazing from day one after my shoulder surgery. You can tell Chris truly cares about his patients. I’ve had Brennan when Chris was out and he was amazing too. After day one I could barely move it to now having full range of motion. Thank you 😊

David at Excel Rehab & Sports is extremely knowledgeable, caring and reassuring. Excel has an excellent follow up system and has been available when I need them. David also does dry needling which has been very helpful in my therapy. I have been a patient for a couple of years.

My husband has been receiving PT here for the last couple of months and couldn’t be more pleased. I’m actually surprised he looks forward to going!

We love being able to be treated at the Ft. Oglethorpe Excel Rehab Facility. The people who work there are fabulous! They are all friendly and professional. Chris Velasco is the director and our PT. He is knowledgeable and has helped me with several physical problems. Jennifer (at the front desk) and Chris both work hard to make my husband’s and my schedules work. They insure that we can come in at the same time. I highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Gross was absolutely great! The whole office was super sweet even the receptionist Jennifer was amazing! Definitely recommended the hixson location. They even checked up on me months after my sessions. If youre looking for a physical therapist that actually listens to you and will crack a joke or two with you as well then this is your place!

Jackson is an outstanding Physical therapist! When I first visited his facility, I was suffering from severe back problems. After just a few weeks of treatment, my back issues were resolved. If you're looking for a skilled therapist, I highly suggest giving Jackson a try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started PT at this facility last year for my knee but my PT therapist Jackson and I quickly determined a TKR was my best option because my knee was beyond repair We resumed two weeks after my surgery 2-11-2026 I was not able to stretch my leg without severe pain and resistance Jackson worked with me consistently and we managed today to get my leg totally straight today 4-3-2026 and I’m 7 weeks post op He is the absolute best and I appreciate him for caring and patiently working with me He is the best we still have a long ways to go but every week I’m progressing Kailee is awesome as well she stays on top Of scheduling my appointments and rescheduling if needed Thanks Excel

Instructions were clear and I enjoyed the friendly interactions with all the staff. It was a great experience with results for my knee replacement going in the correct direction. I would highly recommend the location and Elise was hugely helpful and encouraging!
