I have very little experience with Physical Therapy so it is difficult for me to actually give a comparative review.   However, I can say with certainty that Jeffrey Potts (the PT who worked on my difficult back), as well as his entire staff, impressed me with their professionalism, their kindness and what I believe is a genuine concern for the well-being of their clients. The facility itself also makes the experience a good one..  If you choose this location, you will find it to be: well-lit, nicely maintained, clean and easily accessible.

Excel Rehab & Sports on Broad Street was an excellent choice by my orthopedic physician.  Jeff Potts and his team have provided great therapy care for my shoulder.  My shoulder is showing improvement with the exercises and treatment received at the clinic along with the home exercises prescribed.  The atmosphere at Excel is friendly and comfortable. The clinic is clean and runs with precision.  I leave each session Optimistic and encouraged as I work towards recovery. The Broad Street location of Excel is in a great location with plenty of parking right in front of the entrance.  The facility is well lit and also has plenty of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows across the front.  The inside was very clean, and well organized.  It did not feel crowded at all.  I was treated by Abby (Abrielle).  Before beginning our first session, she thoroughly reviewed my chart, and then asked me a lot of questions about my shoulder and back ailments, levels of pain, range of motion, mobility, etc.  Abby always took the time to warm up my shoulder before putting it through any exercises.  Overall, Abby was very attentive, and showed me lots of very good stretches and strengthening exercises to do.  If you need PT (Physical Therapy), I highly recommend Excel Rehab & Sports.

After I had my bilateral knee replacements I did not know anything about physical therapy.  My doctor made the referral for Excel rehabilitation and I went from there.  Jen the receptionist in front desk person was very helpful in scheduling my appointments to accommodate my schedule.  From day one I was treated with respect and dignity and the staff was extremely knowledgeable on my surgery and the extent of my rehabilitation.  The tax are also awesome but the watchful eye of the physical therapist is never far away My PT Jeff is always watching my movements making sure that I'm doing my exercises correctly and with Fidelity. If there were a subscription service for injuries, I’d sign up just to keep coming here! From the moment you walk in, the warmth and care from the patient support team make you feel like a V.I.I.P (Very Important Injured Person). The therapists? Absolute wizards! Their one-on-one therapy, deep understanding of treatment techniques, and ability to actually listen to your needs make every session feel like a mix of science, magic, and just the right amount of tough love. The environment is so welcoming and nurturing that, honestly, I wouldn’t mind finding an excuse to keep coming back (Anyone need a volunteer to sprain an ankle?). I have had a terrific experience.  Chris is very knowledgeable and created a program that exactly fit my needs.
