Between dizziness and a bad left ankle , I was grounded.Thanks to Ben, Leo and Bridgette at Excel, I was able to once again enjoy the outdoor spaces I love. I’ve had to have two different rounds of rehab, both experiences were above my expectations. They’re very professional and very encouraging. Of course theyre wonderfully supportive of your physicall recovery but  additionally I appreciated the fact that they are  so emotionally supportive  and  very kind at a time when you really need it. During my rehab, but even more impressively after I was released from rehab, they continue to support via a text line. It is an incredibly comforting  benefit to make contact with your therapist not just some random answering service. After  having an overall great experience with  these professionals , this text line is the icing on the cake . In a world  with  PERSONALIZED client /customer services declining, it is amazing to know I get to talk to a person who I actually had a working relationship with and not AI or some general answering service.

I needed rehab on my rotator cuff for approximately 2 months. It was a slow process to regain my previous functional level. Ben was my Physical Therapist. He was thorough and guided me through his program. I made progress every week. After I had completed the program I was able to be more confident with lifting weights. Working with Jerod and supported by Kaitlin, they developed a strength and flexibility program which got me back to normal. Excellent physical therapy here. Jared and Kaitlyn have been thorough and professional. Great atmosphere. Friendly, respectful, and caring. They know their business, not just a formality. Overall, Excel is a cut above the rest. Our family has been patients of theirs for various issues overtime. Most recently, I became a patient of Ian's to address an acute back issue. Once that was resolved, we moved onto a chronically painful 12 year long issue that no other PT was able to fix. In a matter of a few short weeks, Ian has made strides in my treatment and for the first time in 12 years I can finally say I am pain free! He is personable, attentive and listens to my challenges and concerns. Ian challenges me just enough to push my body further without overdoing anything. I can't say enough good things about this place and especially Ian. Chris was an amazing PT. After my back surgery I could barely walk. He patiently and methodically worked with me til I improved well beyond what I could do in the beginning. I recently underwent rehab therapy to relearn how to walk and recover from ruptured Achilles tendon,, and my experience has been exceptional. The team of therapists was not only highly skilled but also incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They tailored each session to my specific needs, which significantly contributed to my progress. The facility was well-equipped, clean, and had a positive atmosphere. I appreciated their patience and encouragement, which made a challenging journey much more manageable. Exceptional and unmatched. The best of the best.  Great experience and amazing customer service and punctuality. I had a pretty bad injury with the elbow and was very depressed and not optimistic about the outcome of the future. Ben and his staff got me back to a new normal which I will forever be grateful for.
