My therapist, Jacob, rocks!  This is a really good therapy center.  I've been to physical therapy many times throughout my life only to have the pain of the injury exacerbated.  I've seen Jacob only twice and performed my home exercises and after only two weeks I am actually using my arm again. I'd never done physical therapy before coming here and didn't know what to expect, I honestly didn't have a lot of faith that PT would fix my back pain but it's made a tremendous difference! Jacob and the entire team at Excel have been wonderful for my physical therapy. Everyone is so knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. Jacob dos a great job of explaining what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how we plan for that to make me successful in my healing process. I had a great experience with my physical therapist. Walker was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure I fully understood my treatment and exercises. He explained everything clearly and made education a priority, which really helped me feel confident and involved in my recovery. I was treated several months ago by Jeremy and his staff. I intended to write a 5 star review then, but being retired I fiddled around and didn't get it done. But maybe this will be a more useful review because today one of my doctors P.A. asked where I wanted to go for therapy for something else and I immediately said "Excell on Commons Blvd." He said that was an excellent choice. So now this is a review from someone who likes- them well enough to be a repeat customer. I agree with the good things other reviewers wrote. Two things I especially liked were that Jeremy kept his eye on everything that was being done and was an active part of my treatment. They worked together to help their patients.  Also, all of the therapists who helped me were all good. Unlike other places I have tried, there was on one I thought I should avoid.

10/10 experience with Excel Rehab and Sports and 11/10 experience with my PT Emilee. I found myself literally looking forward to going to my appointments because of how much fun it was to catch up with Emilee. Excel Rehab & Sports I’m having a great experience with Walker Jones and the Physical Therapy team. They are extremely friendly, communicate clearly, and are genuinely focused on developing a personalized care plan to help me recover and improve my back strain. I really appreciate how thorough Walker is in evaluating my condition and how the entire team provides a positive, supportive environment. Since I had shoulder surgery I had to start PT. I’ve heard good things about this place and decided to go here. I’m glad I did. All the staff are very friendly. Emily is my therapist and she does a great job. She makes me comfortable when I’m there. Laura is the happiest tech and makes you smile and laugh when you’re there. I've been a patient at Excel several times over the past 10 years and they've always been great with me and my conditions. I feel like my PT listens to me and to my body so I feel comfortable and confident in the care I'm receiving. I (Grant) have used Kacey Hawkins over several years for a variety of PT needs including Targeted Dry Needle Therapy for a variety of continuing and intermittent muscular conditions; recovery from Rotator Cuff Surgery; and most recently for providing LSVT Big techniques for conditions that do not necessarily include Parkinsons, but tend to mimic its effects, as recommended by a neurologist, who did let me choose the PT I wanted and have faith in (Kacey Hawkins). I continue to be impressed with her professional knowledge, expertise, dedication and patience in having me perform my LSVT exercises correctly (not letting me "sate by"). I have noticed that she exhibits all of these techniques with her other clients/patients. She also treats the other PT's, technicians, and support staff with the same respect and any personal support they may need.
